Privacy Policy

How Ragdoll Robot Boxing Wiki collects, uses, shares, and protects information.

Last updated: 2026-11-02

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to Ragdoll Robot Boxing Wiki at ragdollrobotboxing.net (the "Wiki," "we," "us," or "our"). The Wiki is an independent player guide and is not operated by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Ragdoll Physics Experiences.

This policy explains what information is processed when you browse the Wiki, change your cookie preferences, follow an external link, or submit a community report.

2. Information we process

Information processed automatically

When you visit the Wiki, our infrastructure and security providers may process technical information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • requested URL, referring page, date, time, and response status;
  • browser, device, operating system, and language information; and
  • security, performance, and error information.

We use this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and keep the service secure. Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare.

Community reports

You may send us a report about a robot, move, code result, or correction. We store:

  • the report category and text you submit;
  • an optional source URL; and
  • the report's review status and submission time.

No account or contact details are required. Please do not include your real name, email address, Roblox credentials, recovery codes, .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, or other personal or sensitive information in a report. Reports are reviewed by us and are not published automatically.

Cookies and local storage

We use a first-party cookie_consent cookie to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional technologies. It is kept for up to 365 days. The site may also store your theme preference locally in your browser. These choices are used only to remember your settings.

Where account or administrative features are used by authorized operators, strictly necessary session and security cookies may also be set. They are not used for advertising.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the Wiki. Depending on your consent choice, Google Analytics may process page views, referring pages, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location.

Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode. Before you accept optional cookies, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied. Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurements used for aggregate reporting and consent modeling. If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* and use them to distinguish browsers and sessions.

We use analytics data to measure readership, improve navigation and content, diagnose problems, and understand which guides are useful. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you by name. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our GA4 property and only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Google acts as a service provider and may process information outside your country. You can learn more from Google's privacy policy, Google's explanation of data used by sites and apps, and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Plausible Analytics

We may use Plausible Analytics in the future for aggregate traffic measurement. When enabled, Plausible is designed to operate without cross-site tracking or persistent identifiers and provides aggregated statistics such as page views, referral sources, countries, and device categories. The Privacy Policy will be updated if the way we configure or use Plausible materially changes.

4. Advertising

We may use Google AdSense in the future to fund the Wiki. AdSense will not be loaded before the required consent is given. If enabled and accepted, Google and its partners may use cookies, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and similar technologies to serve and measure personalized or non-personalized ads, prevent fraud, and limit ad frequency.

You can learn more about Google's advertising data practices at Google's Advertising Policies and manage Google ad preferences at My Ad Center. We will update this policy when advertising is activated and provide any additional controls required for the regions we serve.

5. How and why we use information

We process information to:

  • provide, secure, and maintain the Wiki;
  • measure and improve content and site performance;
  • review community reports and correct inaccurate information;
  • remember privacy and display preferences;
  • prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

Where applicable, we rely on your consent for optional analytics and advertising storage. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a useful and secure informational website for essential logs, abuse prevention, aggregate site improvement, and editorial review. We process information when necessary to comply with law or respond to valid legal requests.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, content delivery, database services, security, and network diagnostics;
  • Google, for Google Analytics and, if activated with consent, Google AdSense;
  • Plausible, if Plausible Analytics is activated; and
  • professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.

External links, including links to Roblox, YouTube, and other source pages, are governed by the privacy practices of those third parties. Following a link may allow the destination site to receive information such as your IP address and referring page.

7. Retention and security

Technical logs are retained according to operational, security, and provider requirements and are deleted or aggregated when no longer reasonably needed. Community reports and their review status are kept for as long as needed to verify Wiki content, preserve editorial history, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the configured retention period of the relevant analytics service.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

Cloudflare, Google, Plausible, or their subprocessors may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, the relevant provider uses recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

9. Your choices and rights

You can accept or reject optional technologies in the cookie banner and change your choice later through Cookie Settings in the site footer. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from reading the Wiki or sending a community report.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Because community reports do not require an account or contact information, we may need enough information to locate and verify the report before acting on a request.

10. Children

The Wiki is a general-audience information site and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Community reports do not require an account or contact details. Children should not submit personal information, account credentials, or private messages. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its removal.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or through another appropriate notice.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@ragdollrobotboxing.net. Please do not send passwords, authentication cookies, recovery codes, or other account secrets.
